We only collect information you explicitly provide when requesting a territory briefing or establishing a service agreement:

- Communication Data: Details related to territory requests or technical support inquiries.
We do not use tracking pixels, third-party advertising cookies, or behavioral profiling tools on our infrastructure pages.
02 How We Use Your Data
Your data is used strictly for operational purposes. We do not sell your contact information to data brokers.
- To deploy and maintain The Lead Attendant™ data pipelines for your exclusive territory.
- To communicate critical system updates or compliance alerts.
- To process authorized payments via our secure payment processor (Stripe).
Data Infrastructure & Security
Our infrastructure is built primarily on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Your data is routed through secure, cloud-native environments with access controls enforced at the service account level. We do not use your proprietary business data or territory inputs to train generalized AI models.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
03 Data Retention
We retain your contact data only as long as your service agreement is active. Upon cancellation, you may request full deletion of your records from our active systems within 30 days.
04 Your Rights
You own your data. You have the right to:
- Request access to the information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or update your records.
- Request complete deletion from our active systems.

05 Third-Party Services
We use a limited set of trusted third-party services to operate our platform:
- Google Cloud Platform — serverless compute and data storage.
- Stripe — payment processing. We do not store card data directly.
- GoHighLevel (GHL) — CRM and communication routing for active partners.
Each provider operates under their own privacy policy and applicable data processing agreements.
